In principle, the Minimum Wage Act applies equally to all modes of transport in the case of international passenger and freight transport, as well as to undertakings established in the EU or a third country. However, due to specific rules, in particular for the road transport sector, there are some exceptions.
This website is currently being revised.
Posting declarations in the road transport sector for employers established in another Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area must be submitted via the interface to the Internal Market Information System ("IMI") in accordance with section 16(2) MiLoG and section 18(2) AEntG.
You will find the link to the IMI interface for the transmission of posting declarations in the road transport sector in the Road transport posting declaration Portal.
