Privacy statement
The Customs Information Centre answers general enquiries from private individuals and businesses on all aspects of customs and excise law, on combating undeclared work and unlawful employment as well as on other topics related to customs.
Our chatbot TinA provides general information on specific topics of the cross-border movement of goods, e.g. on e-commerce and customs regulations for travels to Germany.
No notifications under the Minimum Wage Act (Mindestlohngesetz), the Posted Workers Act (Arbeitnehmer-Entsendegesetz) and the Act on Temporary Agency Work (Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz) are possible via the fax number below. If you send your notification to this number, the competent department of the Central Customs Authority will not receive it.
